This outing is appropriate for people new to birding or with limited experience, although all birders are welcome. February love is in the air for Owls! We will listening and watching for Owls. Learn how they find their partners, their different courtship rituals, when they start nesting and when we can expect to start to see owlets!

Good to know:

·         We will be standing for long periods to listen and watch for owls.

·         Dress for the weather. Good traction shoes are recommended.

·         The trails are hilly and will likely be snow covered and icy in areas.

·         Please leave your dog at home as owls are not fans of dogs.

·         Individuals under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

·         We will meet in front of Richardson Nature Center building.

·         There are bathrooms available in the nature center building.  A couple of benches are available on the trail. And the parking lot is paved.
