This outing is appropriate for people new to birding or with limited experience, although all birders are welcome. February love is in the air for Owls! We will listening and watching for Owls. Learn how they find their partners, their different courtship rituals, when they start nesting and when we can expect to start to see owlets!
Good to Know:
We will be standing for long periods to listen and watch for owls.
Dress for the weather.
Please leave your dog at home as owls are not fans of dogs.
Individuals under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
We will meet near the front of the visitor center.
Trail will be snowy and likely icy. We’ll go down several steps into the valley area. Good traction footwear will be needed.
There are no bathrooms.
